Just keep patience and follow the steps as given below.
Steps 1. First we need a email id (company or personal id) and then go to this link. Basically Skype is associated with office 365 Essential, So we need register with Office 365 E3. Microsoft Provide 30 days trial for this with 25 User and you can access all the features and App during this trial period. Also you can buy this for ₹ 1,320.00 user/month with annual commitment.
Steps 2. Click on the Free Trial Button and then again click create new account after that put your email id from which you want to use Skype for business as shown as the below image.
Steps 3. After step 2 you need to fill some information about you or your company like name, address, phone number, User Name and domain name you want. For example if your company name is Megatech then you need to put that name on Domain section. your domain name will be megatech.onmicrosoft.com and your full user name for you Skype login will be your_name@megatech.onmicrosoft.com.
Steps 4. Microsoft will ask you to crate users for your organisation as you can create upto 25 user but you can skip this step and go to your portal.

You can also Add/Remove User as shown on the above image and see the users of your organization. If you want to reset any password of a user then also you can do it easily by just clicking on the username .
You can also access the Microsoft Admin portal from your smartphone just click below and download the Apps according to your OS.
