If your processor have 4 core then you can utilize it 100% at start up by default system use only one core, due to this sometimes system take more time to wake-up at starting. You need to perform 2 to 3 steps to utilize full resource of your processor. Here i am going to tell the steps so that you can easily perform it.
1. First press windows button + R at same time
2. type msconfig
3. Click BOOT tab
4. click Advanced option
5. Then Select Processor (according to your processor capacity)
6. and also you can select the memory
